	Annual systems audits to include: Software audit Hardware audit Procedures audit ISPS compliance audit of computer related systems   As an optional service, Danaos Software Services personnel will perform an annual on-board audit of the systems implemented. The purpose of this service is to ensure that the systems are being used in accordance with policies set by the client as well as the usage guidelines provided by Danaos Software Services. An appropriate report with recommendations and suggestions, if any, will be provided to the client.
